New Things Are Coming!
As we are always looking for ways to improve our systems and your customer experience, we are making some changes through the rest of the year. Our current ordering system has been good to us for the past 4 years, but we are seeing that the platform has changed some settings out of our control. To help us, help you, we have researched heavily and found a new system to transition towards by the end of the year.
Removals -
No more trying to remember where you have posts installed. You will see your field inventory, and with the click of a button, can order your removal down.
Inventory -
Do you need a sign count? We are happy to store your signs, and will now have inventory tracking to keep you ahead of the game and knowing when you may need to order more signs for your increasing number of listings.
On the go? -
When you are working remotely and need access to your Presidential Posts online profile, you will now have access to it on the go! You can download our app, and have quick access to create efficiency for you.
While the new system will be wonderful, the time to set it up correctly will depend heavily on the accuracy of the information we have. We will have 3 phases for this setup. You will have the option to choose how you would like to participate with this platform between now and January 2021.
Phase 1
If we waited until everything was perfect, we wouldn’t be able to make this transition at all. If you would like to participate in Phase 1 with us, we will be working out some kinks, but it should be nothing that will effect your business in a negative way.
Phase 2
In phase 2 we will have received feedback from those who participated in our phase 1 transition and will be working on making those improvements as necessary. Join us in November and get ahead of the game.
Phase 3
We will be in phase 3, January 2021. This is the point where everyone will be transitioned into the new platform we will be working exclusively from.
